STOP STAIN® Q.D. Oil Base Primer/Sealer White exhibits excellent adhesion and sealing properties on many surfaces. Good sanding properties to provide a very smooth surface for subsequent topcoats. Can be topcoated with latex, alkyd or oil based paints. Prevents bleeding of water stains, lipstick, crayon, aniline stain, smoke, grease and ink stains. Lead and chromate free.
