1-1/4"-FPT SCHEDULE-80 CPVC UNION
The Chemtrol® threaded union is an injection molded Corzan® CPVC Schedule 80 thermoplastic fitting for use with chemical processing, industrial plating, chilled water distribution, deionized water lines, chemical drainage and waste water treatment systems. The light grey Corzan® CPVC threaded union features female pipe thread connections. This fitting has an EPDM ethylene propylene seal which has good abrasion and tear resistance, plus excellent chemical resistance, but not recommended for applications involving petroleum oils or most strong acids. Corzan® CPVC Schedule 80 thermoplastics demonstrate excellent mechanical strength over broad temperature range, outstanding underground performance and superior hydraulics. Chemtrol Corzan® CPVC fittings are lightweight, easy to install, maintenance-free and will not rust, scale, pit or corrode.
